The European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR)
The Regulations Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Rail (RID)
The ICAO Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air (ICAO/IATA)
The International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG)
The United Nations Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods (The Model Regulations)
The IAEA Regulations for the Safe Transport of Radioactive Material (SSR-6)
Title 49, Sub-Title B of the USA Code of Federal Regulations (49CFR)
Subsequently Class 7 Ltd creates data concerning individual examination performance.
This data is only shared with the individual, the employer of each individual and, on request, the appropriate statutory Regulator.
From time to time the data will be used to notify individuals and employers of forthcoming training programmes and of forthcoming changes to their legal duties.

Individual examination performance data records are routinely retained as digital files.
Written examination paper files are retained for a period of five years.
